Where custom solutions are offered, all items are fully specified in detail. In most cases parts will be made by computer controlled machines directly from our drawings, this demands drawings of the same standard as those for high volume production. Drawing sets usually include rendered 3D views, making it possible for clients to view and approve the proposed solutions without having to interpret engineering drawings. Electro-acoustic solutions are modelled in software that has the capability to listen to the end result through the simulation, commonly referred to as 'auralization.'

Exigy offers solutions to monitoring problems for all situations. Our history shows involvement with many large projects by leading studios, we are happy to apply the same critical standards to all potential clients whose projects and problems are of any scope.

Exigy not only builds and installs monitor systems but also offers an acoustical measuring service where the analysis of results might suggest ways of re-configuring what exists to get the best from presently installed systems. We are strongly of the view that loudspeakers and rooms must be looked at as highly interactive components of a single system. It really has no meaning to say a monitor system measures well in anechoic or free space conditions therefore it is a good sounding system, the way it sounds in a room may be completely different!

To compliment the "hands on" closely tailored approach a range of standard, high performance and flexible products are being engineered. We intend to place powerful but reasonably priced and easy to use methods of monitor system/room optimisation within the hands of the end user. In order to make this possible, monitor systems have to include the ability to be optimised. This can only be done precisely and at reasonable cost in the digital domain, all Exigy monitor systems therefore include DSP (Digital Signal Processing) within the active electronic part of the system.
